31 August 1933 Dear Mrs Maclean, Thank you so much for your letter. I am so sorry I missed you, especially if it means that you are not to be back before the 5th when I depart. It is to be a pang to me to go. I love your home, and you have been delightful to me and so has Kirriemuir, and never have I had a happier holiday. So indeed say all of us. Three cheers and one cheer more for Balnaboth. Yours Sincerely J.M.Barrie |
